About Dan
Dan has worked for Apple Computer, Inc. since 1993, first as a technical support phone agent and now developing phone agent support training for new products, currently concentrating on Mac OS X. Dan also writes for the Apple knowledge base and wrote 2 chapters in Mastering Mac OS X.
About Nina
Nina started working at Apple Computer, Inc. in Cupertino in 1989. Nina has been database administrator and System Analyst both for the Information Systems & Technology group and later supporting a team of up to fifty phone agents. Her duties included, database design and maintenance, software and hardware troubleshooting and training others in those skills.
